Brunswick, ME - Into the woods

When I saw that this one was called “Labyrinth in the Woods”, my hopes were elevated. When a labyrinth has a formal name, it’s more to likely actually exist and be maintained. This is down a short trail inside a community park in Brunswick, Maine. A sign marked the path and then there were more signs at the actual location. The seven-circuit stone path had three large benches in the middle for reflection. The entire pattern is surrounded by huge trees and my visit coincided with peak New England fall foliage. As several signs noted, ‘no dogs’ are allowed in the labyrinth. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen that noted. Odd to think it would be a problem or concern enough for the signage.
