Some of my favorite labyrinths are the simple ones. Just a familiar pattern in a quiet place where I can walk and wonder. Way back from a church parking lot in College Park in Maryland is where I found this large 11-circuit pattern. No one else was around and there was an unlocked gate so I suppose it was OK to enter and walk. It is next to a large college apartment high-rise tower but the benches and semi-secluded spot made it very peaceful. This was one of several labyrinths I found in a cluster in a recent trip and it was a good way to start. The location is at the eastern edge of the University United Methodist Church.
