The Desert Botanical Garden is probably best known for its world-class collection of cactus features, unique desert plants, and special exhibits. During my visit, that included a Monarch butterfly garden, a music-themed roller-skating rink, and much more. I was seeking out the yucca forest, and other desert flora sights, when I came across the garden's Contemplative Garden area. And at the center of that was this swirling labyrinth. It was crowded, as was the entire garden, despite stifling heat, but I was able to quickly walk it and check it out. A great, and unexpected, find.
